I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TO THE NEW in Jul 2022
Interview
Initial call with HR regarding tech profile, JD, current and expected CTC, etc
First round of technical interview (50 min)
Second round of technical interview (50 min)
Third round - HR
HR gave all positive feedback. Next week they collected the documents for generating the offer letter.
But never heard back from them. So had to call HR and she said they had budget issues. They cannot match the offer I have.
In the starting itself I communicated for the offer I have, and yet they wasted my time for 3 rounds of interview.
Overall a very bad experience wasting candidates' time. Never heard back from HR after calling and dropping the mails as well.
Only one suggestion to everyone, proceed with the hiring process if you want to waste your time. HRs are just there to waste the time and they will always have budget issues.

Interview process took about a week and it was smooth and well planned.
4 Rounds:
1) Discussion with technical lead. All questions were based on technology and problem solving.
2) Discussion with technical managee. Questions were around architecture, design strategies, security and other aspects.
3) Discussion with AVP. Questions were around project, process, project management and team management.
4) Discussion with HR. Questions were around position, challenges in the past, reason for the switch and other stuff. To me it was the most difficult round in the entire process.
