My interview process for the Travel Account (Hawaiian Airlines) at Teleperformance was a very positive experience. The interviewer was approachable and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He consistently complimented my answers, especially when I talked about having a positive mindset and strong determination to pass the interview.
I could also feel that he had trust in me during the interview. He mentioned that my answers were good and unique, which really boosted my confidence. His encouraging words motivated me even more and helped me express myself clearly and confidently.
Overall, the interview was professional, supportive, and inspiring. It made me feel valued as an applicant and even more excited about the opportunity to be part of the Hawaiian Airlines Travel Account team.

Interview
I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
