Interview
The process was very quick and well-structured. First, I had a brief phone screening with a recruiter. Then, I completed some online language and multitasking assessments. Finally, there was a formal interview (via Zoom) focusing on situational questions and my communication skills.

They asked me to introduce myself and talk about my previous experience in english, just to assess my fluency and communication skills.
Online assessment then Virtual Office zoom meeting. Then they let you know whether you passed the assessment before onboarding you. If you didn't pass the assessment you are invited after 30 days to retake the assessment.

Did get to interview since you have to pass assessment first.
The interview process was online which included typing, listening and reading test. Also analytical questions as well. All these sections are time bound. Once you complete the assessment and are successful. The offer letter is sent within a day.
The interview was easy to understand and they did respond and communicate with each step of the process to let me know my progress. I was hired within 5 days of submitting my application.
