Interview
Computer typing speed test to see how far you can type. And then is role play. The interviewer plays as a customer to ask some questions. They judge you how you react towards customer's enquiries
Easy. The manager asked questions, which are related to education, experience, and relocation. Some troubleshooting questions may be asked if the candidate has experience and thus I told them I do not know about the scenario as I am fresher in the domain.

Interview
The interview was simple but there was lots of waiting and candidates it took 3 days in total to get shortlisted and all the tests and finally the offer letter.
They didn't take the interview seriously. Lack of relevant question for the field despite their claim of experience in the specific field. Has tendency to give unsolicited yet irrelevant advice
