I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TP (Glasgow, Scotland) in Jul 2012
Interview
if you can speak English, operate a computer passably well, are intelligent and are vastly over qualified they'll take you on, then they'll start to break you. Don't work for this company. The most complex question is likely to be to play a few calls and ask you to pick holes in them. The trick is to say that the quality really wasnt good enough. Anyone can read text off the website. If a customer has read the website but doesnt understand it, dont just parrot it back at her.

Question 1
you'll be asked whehter the call quality is good enough
The interview process was tedious with lot of online sections. We had about 4 assessments and in person interview. Our language fluency was tested. The test comprised of Grammar, Vocabulary, Comprehension and Understanding. The test was based on English and French.
Interview process very easy. Basic questions, they need people, so nothing special to mention here. I had a few tests to pass (language test, French in my case, typing speed..) I’ve spoken with a french speaker from HR, she was explaining to me life in Athens (well she “forgot” to mention how difficult is it to find an accommodation with such a low salary). We also had a quick chat in English. They took care of the flight expenses, taxi at the arrival and the first week’s hotel expenses.
Was straight forward amd to the point. Very clear on expectations of the job role amd what it entailed. Took the position as I was impressed by the micro management
