You put in an aplication online. They call you in contact. Set up an Interview. If you meet the minimum (45 wpm and pleasant) then you meet with the project head you are applying for. After that interview, if you make it you're hired.

Pretty straight forward, HR interview followed by an overall assessment and then a Final interview with someone from senior team (trainer).
Assessment consists of English written-verbal, typing, Quantitative and Personality based questions.

Interview
In the beginning I had to take a test. It consisted of two parts; in the first part I had to prove efficient language skills, whereas in the second one I had to prove efficient computer skills. Afterwards there was a short interview and another one, which took a little bit longer.
