First was recruiter call interview then second was HR connect and lastly operations round which was with the process manager of the company. First two rounds were smooth as they just asked asked me to tell something about myself. Last round was fine too as the interviewer wanted to my process knowledge.

How to influence the customer
My interview experience was good.
Introduction, general topics like hobbies, favourite player, place you visited, school or college life, home town, special interest, about company, role you applied all these which mainly on English communication part.
