Interview
Bad organisation. They called me for an interview which never happened. I was waiting for 30 minutes but none approached me. The day after they told me that the position had been covered. I eventually worked for them for a seasonal projecys for 3 months. Then they wanted to move me to another one and although in the beginning they were in a hurry and needed my immediate response, they disappeared and never contacted me again.
They contacted me with a group zoom meeting. After dividing us in smaller groups and ask if we want the job after providing information about it. They also check internet connection and provide paperwork to fill out.
Nice process good work, two chats initial salary 25 ctc in-hand 22, i don't know what else to add , already added 30 words in this box but need to keep on adding

Interview
It was nerve-wracking at first but the interviewer was patient and professional in handling my responses. It became comfortable as the interview progresses because of how conversational the flow of our exchange of words are.
