The process that happened in my interview here was really fast, smooth, and I was amazed. This is because when I went to the site, I had already completed the assessment through online, so I immediately proceeded to fill up their form and when I went inside, the time I waited for the interview was only a moment. The interview went very well, the interviewer has good communication skills with an applicant like me, the flow and arrangement of the format of the questions given to me was good and clear so I could easily understand and answer them.

The questions that I remembered the most out of all the questions I was asked was, "What are my strengths/characteristics that I think will help me be capable in this Job, and why do I want this job? and the out of the box question, "if I have a client or a blind person on the call, how do I explain the color violet?"

Before I got interviewed they assess my skill first and after that they called me to do an initial interview. At first, I feel nervous but with the help of the staff and the interviewer they help me to feel comfortable by asking me if I were okay and if I were ready to the interview by asking with a friendly tone. Next, after I passed they called me to do the writing test. And finally I did the final interview or account interview then I passed. Overall its a great experience.
