Interview
Normal interview. Will ask scenario questions. Depending on who’s interviewing and the project you’ll be working with. For internal hire, salary adjustment is quite vague, and not transparent. For external / new hire, the process is smooth. However, you may be moved to another project depending on their availability.

Seamless interview process. they would notify you for you to get an update about the hiring process. 2 interviews only, initial and final. final interview is more on discussing about the role and which account youd be profiled

Interactive Interview, The Interviewer was able to set expectation as to what the role i'm applying and job description. It was nerve wracking to be interviewed but it was a good experience.
