Interview
Recently, I had the opportunity to take part in an interview for a survey, and it turned out to be a very meaningful experience for me. At first, I was a little nervous because I didn’t know what kinds of questions would be asked, but the interviewer made me feel comfortable and encouraged me to share my honest thoughts. The survey focused on gathering opinions and experiences, and I appreciated how my voice and perspective mattered in the discussion. I felt that my answers could somehow contribute to improvements or decisions that might benefit others in the future. During the interview, I realized the importance of being open and genuine, because surveys are not just about answering questions—they are about giving people behind the research a clearer picture of real experiences. It also reminded me that every person’s story, no matter how simple, can add value. Walking out of the interview, I felt more confident in expressing myself and grateful for the chance to be heard. It wasn’t just about answering a set of questions; it was about learning how to communicate better and understanding that my opinions carry weight in shaping ideas and solutions.

Interview
I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round. The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
