Had a phone interview, which they were late to, but had basic questions. Passed that stage, and then had a zoom interview booked which was cancelled 30 minutes before, with no follow up.
Discussion with the owners about availability and other topics such as pay scheduling the process and how to do the job and the requirements that come with it. It was a laid back interview process.
