it's a easy process then you have to go to a week training pass the insurance test then start another week of training once your actually job begins then a month process of answering phones before you really start

Interview
Apply online with resume. Human Resources sends an e-mail or calls you to set-up time for an interview. There are tests on a computer for computer skills and other information. A short formal interview with a Supervisor. They will tell you right there if you hired. You have to fill out licensing information for several insurance companies and states.
It was a mass hiring event starting in about June where I waited about 1.5 hours before an interview in a room with the other potential candidates. The actual interview was very basic with nothing about me as a person.

Interview
Consisted of two phone interviews. One with recruiter and the other with hiring manager. Once selected I was enrolled into a pre license course and it was paid for. Including getting my insurance license.
