Multiple phone interviews. I applied online as a referral from a Trelora employee in a different state. Multiple phone conversations that left me thinking they had forgotten we had spoken before. Sounded promises. They laid out the next steps then went ghost. No follow ups, no responses to emails. No nothing. Just unprofessional and a lack of consideration for wasting a candidate's time. Employee shared there is little diversity on their team.
