I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TRG (Dallas, TX) in May 2022
Interview
Overall fairly easy interview, panel of 3 people that asks you questions about the industry and how you can enhance it along with basic interview questions such as strengths and weaknesses

Question 1
"What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?" "If given X client what platform would you primarily use to reach X audience?"
It was a longer and more intensive interview process than normal internships, but considering that a lot of their new hires come from their interns it makes sense to be more exhaustive during this stage. There were no real curve balls with questions. First talked to HR and had a good interview which seemed more like a conversation. The second and third interviews were with the team I would be working with and it was very conversational. They just wanted a sense of who I am, how I work in teams, and kind of making sure I can back up my resume and skills listed. Make sure to follow up regularly and send thank you notes. Definitely research the company, the culture, and their clients - I had a really strong grasp and I feel like my ability to talk about their work and culture greatly helped me.

Walk me through your resume, tell me about this experience, how do you work in groups, how do you handle conflict, etc
A pretty long interview process. Had about 3. All of the people I talked to were very friendly however. They all seemed to be pretty interested in how you problem solved and about your past experiences.
