Quite simple, my interviewer was very nice despite him forgetting about the interview when I first arrived. I will say though that the role has been posted for almost one year, with it constantly getting resposted.
Simple, fast, hired on the spot. I was hired by Kristin and she was direct and kind. I then had a meeting with Fred, the managing partner. He was also kind and showed me around.

Fast, manager went over job and was to the point. Asked about pay and they were honest. Even went through the fact that they offered health insurance. Manager asked about what hours I wanted and talked about how to build your own schedule.
