I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Taboola in Dec 2023
Interview
I went through 1 HR screening call + 3 interviews (1 with the hiring manager, 1 with a team member and 1 cross functional). After every interview I'd receive some positive feedback until I received a generic email saying they decided not to move forward with my candidacy. The email stated I was obviously very experienced and pasted 3 skills I had directly from my CV (these skills were not even discussed in my interviews as they were not relevant to the position) but I hadn't shown "passion for presentations" which was a little surprising since I did weekly and monthly presentations in my last two positions and this was indeed discussed (not with the hiring manager but with the team mate).
I found it a little bit disappointing that after 4 interviews in a month period I received a generic email with no real feedback value and at the same time that, if some skills were so relevant and crucial to the position as to not move forward with the interview process these would have not been discussed in the interview with the hiring manager. Funny enough, the next step of the process would have been to make a presentation to the team.
