Interview
The interview process consisted of multiple stages. It started with a phone interview with HR, followed by a screening call with the group manager. After that, I received a home assignment that took about three days to complete. Finally, there was an interview with HR and the VP. The process was structured and covered both technical and strategic aspects of the role.
