Tala interview questions

I interviewed with tala for the role DBT- Data Analyst . The first round was with the director of data platforms. Questions were on past project experience and how well am familiar with dbt airflow and other data engineering concepts .It was quick and short and the interviewee was very friendly. The second round was with senior analyst who shared some sql questions based on a given data set . The sql questions were of medium level which can be solved through basic joins and window functions. I solved all the 4 questions but still got rejected . The interviewee was nice and friendly but I got rejected without a review.

The process was really long even for non-senior roles. There were past experience questions and a short take-home exam. The interviews and the updates were quick so despite the long process, the whole thing took only 2 weeks.
