TalentBridge interview questions

They used an AI callbot to conduct the interview. While the questions were pretty standard (tell us about a time you had to use a new tool, a challenge, etc), I feel like talking on the phone to something not human made the interview feel very weird and impacted my ability to answer questions well. I'm sure they also use this method to screen lots of applicants for each role and have no doubt they also use AI methods to gauge your answers. A real human probably won't see your application or interview answers until well near the final decision point.

there were three rounds, one with manager, second with AVP and third with VP it was great, skills and experience was asked, along with your strategies, and communication, your strength, how you build connection and network.
