Good impression initially, I felt really good about the team and potential opportunity upon speaking with the manager I was contacted by. The next round was with some senior leaders, and gave me a totally different impression. The whole conversation was antagonistic and the questions were strange and it was obvious they were not prepared. As a professional who I would consider to be an asset to an organisation, I can only describe the feeling I got as "unwelcome" and it was clear I was required to prove myself as "not another terrible recruiter" to the interviewers. It was also very clear that the interviewers were not listening to my answers, as they kept asking questions that I had already clarified in a prior answer. I have never been made to feel like this during an interview. Because I had initially gotten a good impression I still wanted to consider the opportunity and perhaps give them the benefit of the doubt. I followed up after some silence, and was informed that the company is moving their operations to a different location out of the blue. Perhaps it is for the best this way. All I can say is know your worth, even if an interviewer is determined not to see it!
