Tales interview questions

First we had a screener. I got called in for a 2nd interview, went well. Asked me to complete a test that required me to learn their system, took about 20 hours total, unpaid. Called in for a 3rd interview with one additional team member added to the interview. Said I was a top candidate. Asked to do a 4th interview. Then got an email saying the process was delayed, then got another interview saying they couldn't hire yet because their funding was in flux but said I could write for them. Honestly, I think they just put these jobs up to fish for ideas. I wouldn't interview with them again if my life depended on it

Several stages, very detailed interview. Interviewers are very professional and straightforward. Everything is smooth and clear. They are really making sure that you are the right candidate for the position.
