Casual, yet still professional. The owner was very personable and engaging, which helped facilitate a comfortable conversation that flowed nicely. She didn't ask any obscure questions, and shared some information about herself and how she ran the salon.

I have had several emails since I am in Ohio and the job is in Birmingham, Alabama where I am relocating to. I was contacted by email and asked several questions about my experience and then I also had questions about how long it would take me to completely relocate to Birmingham.
