First of all, intervewer asked to introduce yourself. Followed by, they asked about KPI, your previous company sales target, sales figure, how many percent of sales target did I hit?

I had a very positive interview experience at Tapestry. The interview included around 25 to 40 questions, mostly focused on real retail scenarios. Since I have previous experience in retail, I found the questions reasonable and familiar—I had already faced most of the situations they asked about. The managers were respectful and professional throughout the process. I appreciated that there was no discrimination in the hiring process. They’re inclusive, open to everyone, and genuinely aim to train and support their team.
