I don't mind company that go MIA after first interview, but with Target spot, i did three interviews, HR interview, another one with head of sales, and final one with a senior account manager. All three went very smoothly then i heard nothing back from then even after I reached out asking for any update. If I dedicated time out of my schedule to meet with many people from the company, at least they could have replied to my emails even with a basic rejection email.

I spent multiple days at the NY office interviewing with various team members, c-level execs, and my potential manager. It was fine. Nothing incredibly challenging. This was my first job out of college and I was incredibly nervous. I would go incredibly long periods of time hearing nothing from the hiring manager, despite the job posting describing the role as something they want to hire for immediately.
