Targetbase Account Executive interview questions

Very inefficient interview process. I interviewed with 4 different people all in one week for a total of 4 interviews. Typically in my experience with other companies, you have a 1st interview and if they like you, you move on to the 2nd interview and so forth. Making candidates go through 4 interviews is a waste of time for both parties. Everyone I spoke to seemed nice and professional, but their interview process needs to be reevaluated.
