There was one initial screening interview. The second interview was a member of the team which the position works under. The interview process was very smooth and the company was organized.
There was two interviews the first with HR and the second with a manager from the team. The interview itself was fairly easy and was primarily behavioral questions. It was a straightforward process.

Good/supportive. Interviewer was very encouraging and straight to the point!
Phone screening. I heard back (probably in about one or two weeks)
They openly communicate through email. Straightforward process. One of the most enjoyable interviews I have ever had! I would recommend all undergrads interested in digital strategy to apply with them.
