Since the opportunity was offered to me by someone I knew, the interview process was simple. Laureen Hudson, Director of Services, called me to discuss the position requirements and my qualifications. When it was agreed that we were a good match, the compensation package was discussed. The job was verbally offered to me, and it was just a matter of consideration on my part from there.

Got called. Got chatted up about totally non-work related things. Got told I'd be called back later by another person for a more in-depth discussion. Got called back. Got chatted up about totally non-work related things. Started the following week. I've never had an interview that had so little to do with my actual qualifications before.
