Multiple panel interview along with VP round. Whole day interview . It went on for almost 14 hours and received offer letter on the same day. There were almost 4 rounds of technical interview, HR and VP round for final selection.

2 rounds, 1st with Chief of IT Projects and few other senior members. Asked a few technical questions around IT project management and working with Agile, Jira and Scrum strategies.
Was given a case study to solve around multiple concurrent projects with conflicting priorities and how to manage them.
Next round was with the CIO and 2 other Chiefs.
Was asked questions around the future of Work, how I think digital is going to impact the Manufacturing space, testing my skill on LCNC (Low Code No Code) platforms and A?/ML models.

Campus Hiring drive. Process had a CV and Form shortlisting, followed by a Group Discussion round. Shortlisted candidates were then called for a Personal Interview. There was a panel of 5 interviewers who carried out a 40-50 minutes interview session.
