Interview
Two in-person interviews with the same hiring manager. First round was general CV overview and second round was a presentation on the company's services. Two managers were supposed to be present for the second round, but only one turned up.
It was quite a bizarre process back in 2011. The person that interviewed me left their business 6 months after interview.
The first question the interviewer asked me was "where are you originally from?", she also told me we have another candidate who is unemployed "so we might give the job to him as you already have a job".
After the second round the feedback on my presentation was good, "I just wanted to see if you could make a presentation"..

Interview
Poor interviewing styles and limited sales enablement or career paths moving forward. Most people seemed to be in the same role for years. How do they expect to attract talent moving forward in you are pigeon holed? Also, do not exercise meddic or 10x10 's on account reviews or in any way try to learn and develop moving forward. Bullet well dodged here.
