I believe there were 2 interviews before it's decided if you get the job or not. I believe the interviews were with different people. I believe it was a short while until you find out.

I believe one question was what is your customer service experience.
Group interview which was great less pressure. Meeting with each division hiring was an added bonus as you got to have a feel where you would fit in best. Not just professional background but also social aspect.
