Interview
The interview process is very thorough but straight forward. You will usually meet with leadership first to understand your career goals and get a sense of your personality. The second phase is meeting with various members of the team to assess personality compatibility, give an overview of what to expect, and answer any linger questions the interviewee would have. The third and final phase would be meeting with a leader to discuss compensation, benefits, and answer any final questions.

1-Company placed ad online.
2-Submitted my resume and cover letter online.
3-Received phone call about 2 weeks later as pre-screen. After passing initial pre-screen . . .
4-Recruiter drafted my resume in their preferred format and presented to client.
5-Approximately week later interview with client's CFO and CIO scheduled.
6-Interview with Client team.
7-Within days call back from recruiter extending consulting offer.
8-About another month before assignment started.
