I initially got a phone call and then got invited for a 45 minute online teams interview scheduled for a week later. In the interview they asked me: what do i know about the company; what experience I have; What my biggest achievement is; A bit about myself; A time where I have worked in a team etc
I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Taylor Woodrow (London, England) in Feb 2023
Interview
Interviewers were welcoming and professional. It was well structured and included questions about myself, the company and the job role. I would say it was standard for an interview for an intern level role.
One online interview which went for about an hour followed by face to face on site with the full team management. Process was formal but professional. The interviewers were well prepared
