It was smooth and easy personally, your soft skills come in to play. How you relate with customer complaints, how you treat team members, e.t.c. technical questions are based on what's in your cv.
It was stressful but worth it. So many rigorous processes but it was worth it at the end. A three staged interview process. We had English test, few numerical test and analytical test.

After application, you will receive a call from the Hr, then an onsite assessments would be scheduled. The assessments consists of English and Technical questions. After the assessments come the interview
