the interview started with some classic interview questions such as tell me about yourself and then got more specific i.e. why teaching? what teaching experience do you have? why China? how would you deal with a miss-behaving student? describe an activity that you would carry out during a lesson and how you would prepare for it? then the interview ended with a very straightforward grammar test i.e. identifying nouns/verbs and multiple choice tense questions.
