I was interviewed by a supervisor because the manager was not there. I was taken back to the break room where he repeatedly told me that he liked my handwriting on my application and I was hired on spot.

one interview basically describing yourself, a little bit about your past, and why you want to work at/for team blue. Super easy, nothing to "worry" about. The interview was inside the store with either the General Manager or Assistant General Manager and was very casual. It was a conversation-like interview
