The first step was a screening with recruiter which went very well. For the second step I had on-site interview with 2 engineers. As mentioned in other reviews it was culture fit interview. Interviewers showed small to no interest in it. I also didn't understand required skills they're looking for. The interview was a little bit chaotic. It can be easily done online and time can be shortened to 45 minutes.
