Interview
The interview process included three stages, a call with their talent team and two interviews with senior team members. I was not asked to complete any pre-interview tasks (like a writing test). I was offered a final interview but declined, because it felt like the role as explained in the interview did not match with what the talent team had told me.

Interview
The interview which took them a month to complete (obviously whilst dragging me along waiting for others to apply with events experience, not listed in the person spec).
The company appears pretty chaotic, dare I say it b*tchy and unprofessional, interviewers did not know the task I was meant to be doing, seemed not to get along very well, they would ignore my emails and then laughed whilst I was being rejected.
Feedback was that they found someone else, whilst making up excuses that they were ill and then on holiday and when probed they were obviously lying to delay and get more applicants and nothing constructive for me at all.
There was an obvious lack of ambition and professionalism within the team and it appears to be a company with little progression, so would ideal for those who simply want a job to get by and not a career. Dreadful experience.

Interview
1 phone interview, 1 onsite interview. Really well organised, clear and concise. The company was fast to get back to me and very transparent in feedback. They also arranged a follow up call to go through the interview process although specific examples were not available it was very useful. I was very nervous as I did want the job very badly but, it was all in all one of the better interviewing experiences that I had.
