Technology Innovation Institute Senior Java Developer interview questions

After 4 months, 3 successful interviews, a started security background check, an accepted university degree by the UAE embassy, there was neither a rejection nor an offer. And the TII internal doesn't know what's happening. One month after the 2nd interview came the director of the cryptography department and did a psychological interview. And mentioned that they are interviewing an other candidate. The recruiter says that this position is not longer on his list. It's kind of ghosting.
