Easy and simple straight forward no mess in organizing the interview it was telephonic first, and then it was 1 to 1 at client location it was more on basics and moderate questions were asked on .Net some simple prgrame to write and more on theory and Simple SQL queries

There is the round with Hr after that you have to pass a written MCQ test which contains basic Aptitude question as you pass that you forwarded for Technical round this round contain all type of question from basic start program to Algorithms.
