Interview
I had applied for a job at Tectrade a few months before being offered an interview. I sent over my CV and was told that although no positions were currently available, the next time one became available they would revisit my CV and decide if I was a suitable candidate.
The interview took place in a professional and but friendly manner. The questions they asked were relevant, I explained my previous experience and why I wanted to join Tectrade.
After this they explained the role in more detail, what I would be expected to do, they also explained the current Tectrade team briefly and then we discussed some of the benefits of working for Tectrade and that would be offered to the candidate that filled the position.
This was then followed up by a Skype call with another member of the Tectrade team, we discussed similar things to my first interview.
Afterwards, the response from Tectrade was very quick, they had let me know whether or not I had received the job within a week.
Communication and understanding were excellent along the way, friendly staff and positive interview. Certainly took away some of the nerves I was feeling.
