Phone interviews with a recruiter and technical manager followed by a take-home assessment to be done within a day. Everyone was excited about their work and engaged in the conversation. The assessment was fair.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Teladoc Health (Buenos Aires) in Nov 2025

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Teladoc Health in Apr 2024
Interview
Applied online and had an initial call with the recruiter. Met with the hiring manager for a background discussion and behavioral questions. Completed a take-home assignment, recommended to spend 3 hours on it. Final interview was a 1-hour session with senior engineers to discuss technical skills and review the take-home assignment. Was informed of finalist status and proceeded with reference checks via an online survey platform. The recruiter was insistent on a quick completion of this process. Received a verbal offer with an average base salary, a bonus plan, but no sign-on bonuses or RSUs. Ultimately accepted a better offer elsewhere.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How would you approach a conflict with other engineers?
HR calls you, spends a few minutes “interviewing” you, sends you a “homework” assignment, then a few days later emails you the job is no longer available.
The “homework” assignment is to gather information from you. Free of charge to them.
Look at other posts on here, they do this all the time.
Utterly shameless!

What is your salary requirement? Can you fill out this “homework” and send it back right away?
