Interview
There were three rounds of interview.
The first round was with HR and they rated me as 90% match for the job.
Fee days later I was informed to have second interview which was a technical one. During the interview, I was able to answer over 90% of the questions and more detail than the interviewer expected.
So I was asked to third interview with 2 directors. I believe I was doing well with presenting my troubleshooting steps. During this interview, I was firstly told this role required out of office hour like at 10pm on call schedule which was not listed in the JD. I think it was already not honest.
After one day I received with general rejection email without providing any usable feedback. I requested a detail feedback and was told there was another better candidate during the interview process. But right now the job ad is still on the market, so apparently they are liers.

Interview
I interviewed for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer role and experienced a disorganised process during the second-stage interview.
The interview lasted about an hour, with Interviewer 1 and Interviewer 2 participating. During the interview, I was presented with various technical questions and was even given a false statement by one of my interviewers.
At the end of the interview, Interviewer 1 excused himself from the conversation to check if a director was available to join the Teams meeting to discuss the next steps. He left the conversation and never returned. Interviewer 2 also left, and since there were no participants left in the Teams meeting, I left as well. Their actions left me perplexed about the next steps, as they had said they would check but never returned with the information.
A few days later, I received a generic rejection email.
