I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at TeleContact Resource (Riverbank, CA) in Apr 2018
Interview
Everyone was super nice, I walked into the building after Amanda met me at the door. I filled out an app since I didn't have my resume on me (which a lot of employers are iffy about hiring if you don't print out a resume for the interview.. they were super nice about it) I had to take a typing test after that, then Amanda had me come into her office which into a super lighthearted interview, we talked about ourselves then the company and what I would be doing in the company. Had a script which was super easy to repeat (make sure you don't sound like a robot!!) she told me that the company is very easy going about tattoos/piercings which is great! The whole experience was a great one and I am just waiting to hear back from them if I got the job.

Interview
It was super easy. Very convenient to schedule an interview. I am pleased with how it went. My interviewer was so pleasant to speak with and she went over the job specs so I would know what I'm getting myself into. She also left room for any questions I might have.

Interview
They first check your typing speed to make sure that you type at least 35 WPM. Then they check your internet speed to check to see if your internet is compatible to work remote. They go over the application and ask a few questions to hear you talk. Then they have you read a short script so they can listen to voice inflection. Not a bad experience at all.
