I solicited for a software engineering position that made little or no mention of specific technologies. I happen to be a Java professional, and my CV is crystal clear on that point. When I arrived, an arrogant woman stated matter-of-factly that the position required Microsoft technologies, and that my CV didn't have any. She didn't apologise for inviting me for an interview, when a quick read of my CV would have shown my profile to be unsuitable for what they were looking for. Afterwards I requested them to refund my train tickets to travel to their offices. They refused to refund them. Disgraceful.
