Interview
CTO does most of the interview from short-listing to 1-to-1. He has a tendency to offer you the job on the spot. Sometimes he will give you a tour of the office and even introduce potential colleagues to you.
1st stage is general discussion about past experience and CV
2nd stage is a live coding challenge with framework and programming language relevant to job role
3rd stage is discussion about culture and job role fit with Teach lead and CTO
