Temple Spa interview questions

Online interview went well - A second interview was organised and booked in, I was told I would get an email in the near future with information for a task at my second interview - the employer then proceeded to 'ghost' me with no response to any emails or even when I called on the day on the interview to check if I should still come in. When I showed up for my organised interview after hearing no more information, after waiting 10 mins, I was turned away by the receptionist saying they would be back in touch. Afterwards I got a poor email excusing themselves and then saying I would not get a follow up interview after all.
