I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Tender Touch Rehab Services
Easy interview
Application
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tender Touch Rehab Services in Dec 2015
Interview
The interview made me decide I didn't want to work for them. Questions focused on billing, RUG-levels, Part B-Minutes, G-codes - interviewer (traveling supervisor) seemed to have little interest in clinical skills, experience, creativity and pt outcomes. No room for out-of-the-box thinking. High productivity requirement, and little room for employee quality of life (such as less than 40 hr work-wk). Wonder what their turn-over/burn-out rates are.
There was no formal interview process; no discussion about salary or benefits; not a very professional or friendly process for hiring. The interview did not reflect well on the appreciation for the employees.
I applied online. I interviewed at Tender Touch Rehab Services in Sept 2019
Interview
I reached out to HR and they sent up an interview at multiple buildings where there were openings. I interview with the DOR. I received an offer from HR the next day.

Interview
Gave me a tour of the facility, described the population, and didn't ask any clinical questions. Met the other therapists that I would work with. Very easy interview and extremely quick process- I got an offer the same day.
