The interview process started with a phone call with TA Dave just talking about my experience, tepeo and the role. Next was a 30-minute video call with the marketing director and head of digital marketing. Passed that stage and was asked to go in for a face to face and also present a task (social media audit, what's working for them and what they good do better etc) I was given a tour around tepeo HQ. Everyone seemed nice and welcoming.
