Mr. Renil Komitla (CEO), who is both humble and knowledgeable, conducted an excellent interview. I had a very positive experience after being interviewed by him. However, the HR department was extremely rude even before I joined the company. The HR department made a ridiculously low offer. I asked for a negotiation, to which they promised but did not respond for nearly a week. They didn't even raise my pay, and when they contacted me after a week, they were extremely rude and disrespectful. The interview taught me that, while management is excellent, talent acquisition should recognise the value of employees.
